Lyn Buchanan

Bio: Leonard (Lyn) Buchanan, a founding member of IRVA and current board member since 2024, is the Executive Director of Problems>Solutions>Innovations (P>S>I), originally established in 1992 as a data analysis company.

Following the U.S. government’s declassification of its Remote Viewing project in 1995, Lyn transitioned P>S>I into a leading organization for Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) training and applications. As a former U.S. Army Sergeant First Class, Lyn served in the military’s psychic spying unit from 1984 to 1992, where he was a Remote Viewer, Trainer, and Database Manager.

Lyn’s unique career inspired elements of George Clooney’s character, Lyn Cassady, in the movie The Men Who Stare at Goats, which humorously explores the U.S. military’s experiments with psychic phenomena. With expertise in psychology, linguistics, and computer systems, Lyn has developed advanced techniques for CRV training and analysis, including error prediction and viewer profiling. His work continues to focus on applying CRV to real-world scenarios while striving to uncover its scientific foundations.

Stone Stories: Accessing Environmental Imprints Through Object Perception

This hands-on workshop merges psychometry with location-based remote viewing. Participants will tune into the energy of stones collected from specific sites, offering a deep, experiential connection to both the land and inner awareness.

The workshop honors the local geography of Alamogordo and the Tularosa Basin, creating an immersive intuitive experience unique to our IRVA host location.

Bio: Pam Coronado is a psychic detective and remote viewer with over two decades of experience. She is known for her practical teaching style and work in psychometry for geographic and temporal data.

CRV in the Context of German New Medicine – Getting
to the Root Causes of Diseases

German New Medicine views illness as a meaningful emergency program of the body, designed to ensure survival in response to external stimuli and conflicts. This perspective allows the causes of diseases to be examined holistically, with Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) playing a crucial role in uncovering root causes.

In this unique workshop, Timo Féret will present a globally recognized healing concept combining CRV with German New Medicine. Participants will learn about this innovative method and gain hands-on experience with practical exercises.

Bio: Timo Féret is a German IT engineer with a master’s degree in computer science. He co-runs Into the Matrix, offering training and healing sessions using CRV. Timo has practiced Remote Viewing since 2018 and developed a unique healing concept integrating CRV with the Biological Healing Approach, based on German New Medicine.

Henry Gilroy

This talk explores whether we create art in the moment or if its finished form influences us from the future. We’ll examine how creative inspiration might connect to precognition.

Bio: Henry Gilroy is an award-winning writer-producer with over 400 screen credits for major studios. He has been remote viewing since 1999 and has participated in several RV-related research projects.

Dale E. Graff

A Return to the Valley of Fires – The F-4 and Other Intriguing Searches

Dale will discuss the 1979 case of two missing USAF F-4 Phantom fighter airplanes and how remote viewing was used in the search effort. He will also review other RV projects and discuss PSI/RV phenomenology concepts.

Bio: Dale E. Graff is the Vice President of IRVA with a background in aerospace engineering and intelligence. He has extensive experience in remote viewing and PSI research, having worked with both the Air Force and Defense Intelligence Agency.

Debra Lynne Katz, PhD

Dr. Katz will explore key observations, personal experiences, and controversies shaping remote viewing research and applications. She will discuss the intersection of Remote Viewing with other intuitive modalities, share real-world challenges, and provide updates on cutting-edge research projects.

Bio: Dr. Debra Lynne Katz is President of IRVA, holds a PhD in Psychology, and is a renowned author in the fields of clairvoyance, psychic development, and remote viewing. She is a professional remote viewer, clairvoyant, medium, energy healer, and parapsychological researcher.

Daqing Piao, PhD

Receiver-Operating-Characteristics Analysis in Remote Viewing Transcript-Target Matching

Dr. Piao will present how receiver-operating-characteristics (ROC) analysis can be applied to remote viewing transcript-target matching. He will discuss the concepts of sensitivity and specificity in this context and showcase results from a recent large-scale remote viewing study.

Bio: Dr. Daqing Piao is a professor at Oklahoma State University, specializing in light-tissue interaction research. He has a strong interest in understanding the neurophysiological aspects of non-normal states of consciousness.

Francis Gary Powers Jr.

Spy Pilot: Francis Gary Powers, the U-2 Incident, and a Controversial Cold War Legacy

This presentation examines the 1960 U-2 Incident and its lasting impact on pilot Francis Gary Powers and his family. Powers Jr. offers a personal perspective on growing up as the son of a controversial Cold War figure and his decades-long quest to uncover the truth behind the incident that shaped his father’s legacy.

The talk includes insights from Powers Jr.’s work as a consultant on Steven Spielberg’s 2015 film Bridge of Spies and details how his advocacy led to his father’s posthumous recognition with the POW Medal, Director’s Medal, and Silver Star.

Greg Radabaugh

Remote Viewing and the World of Intelligence

An introduction to the intelligence discipline, exploring why RV was developed in this environment and the types of projects remote viewers could be used for within the vast field of intelligence gathering.

Bio: Greg Radabaugh is a recent addition to IRVA’s Board of Directors. He retired from the US Department of Defense after a 44-year career, with expertise in information operations, special operations, and cyberspace operations. He has studied remote viewing with several notable instructors.

Ed Riordan

Remote Viewing, Brain Processing Types, and How Remote Viewing Might Actually Work

This presentation explores novel research on how non-local perceptions occur, identifying the qualities of perceptual information and linking them to specific brain regions. Ed will share insights from his extensive body of exploratory research and live remote viewing sessions.

Bio: Edward Riordan is a leading remote viewer known for his exploratory research into non-local perceptions and brain processing. He began remote viewing in 1999 and has contributed professional-grade sessions weekly since 2018.

Christian Wieser

The Application of Remote Viewing Principles in Coaching Sessions

This workshop introduces how RV principles can be integrated with established coaching techniques to support deep insights and sustainable transformation. By combining RV with coaching, clients experience solutions physically and emotionally, creating a more holistic change process. The session includes a live demonstration following a brief introduction of this innovative approach, which has been used successfully in hundreds of coaching sessions.

Bio: Christian Wieser is an Austrian business consultant and remote viewer. He has led international RV sessions since 2017 and co-organized the ‘Remote Viewing Event at Untersberg’ since 2022.

Bio: Lori Lambert Williams is a professional Controlled Remote Viewer, author, and instructor who has been researching and practicing CRV since 1996. Recognized as one of the leading Remote Viewing instructors available today, Lori has taught CEOs, bestselling authors, celebrities, and hundreds of everyday people. As conference participants prepare for an evening of sky watching at Lyn Buchanan’s Remote View Ranch, Kelly and Jay will share their extensive stories, experiences, and prevailing theories about the UFO phenomenon. They will then describe what they hope to learn, discover, and accomplish in Cosmosis 2, their latest project exploring the intersection of the phenomenon and RV, filmed partly at the IRVA conference! IRVA director Cindy Miller will moderate the discussion and audience Q&A.

Kelly Chase: Kelly is the writer and executive producer of Cosmosis: UFOs & A New Reality and co-host of the Cosmosis podcast. She is the former host of The UFO Rabbit Hole, a top 1% Spotify podcast in 2023. A regular guest host on Dreamland and frequent commentator on NewsNation, Kelly blends science, spirituality, and investigative storytelling, and has appeared on productions by Bad Robot and TMZ.

 

Jay Christopher King: Jay is a filmmaker, artist, and community leader focused on consciousness and anomalous phenomena. He co-hosts the Cosmosis podcast and is co-director of The Experiencer Group. With an MFA in film from Bard, Jay brings depth to his explorations of the unknown, organizing events like An Inquiry Into Anomalous Experiences in NYC and appearing in projects by Bad Robot and TMZ.

Bio: Russell Targ is a founding member of IRVA, a physicist, and author. In 1972, Targ co-founded the remote viewing program at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) alongside fellow physicist Harold Puthoff. Under classified contracts with the CIA, DIA, and various intelligence agencies, their team conducted groundbreaking research into psychic phenomena and extrasensory perception for over two decades.

Targ often connects his scientific work with spiritual traditions, particularly Buddhism and the teachings of Eastern philosophies regarding the nature of consciousness. He advocates for a non-local model of consciousness that transcends conventional materialist paradigms.

Today, Russell Targ continues to be an influential voice in the exploration of human consciousness, bridging the worlds of physics, spirituality, and psychic research with his unique perspective and decades of scientific experience.
