VIRTUAL ONLINE CONFERENCE

While we’d love to see you in person, we understand not everyone can make the trip. IRVA’s online conference was hugely successful last year because we believe that an online conference cannot just be an afterthought – it has to be an event unto itself. 

All in-person speakers for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday programs will be broadcasted into the Zoom call and online attendees will have a chance to ask them questions. Attendees will have opportunities to interact with each other to make this experience as social as possible. 

Further, on Sunday afternoon from 2 pm to 6 pm, there will be a special online program with a lineup of speakers and guest MCs who will just be on Zoom. In-person attendees will be on tour at this time, but they can watch the program during the recording later.

The Online Conference portion will be presented by celebrity host Robert Clotworthy, who is an Emmy nominated narrator for Ancient Aliens and The Mystery of Oak Island.

Note: The conference video will be available to all those registered online at no additional charge following the conference. The video series will cost significantly more than the online conference fee, so even if you can’t be there the whole time you may consider registering.

The fee to attend online only is $150 if you register by August 1.

After this, the price will go up to $195. IRVA members and Monroe professional members/trainers may apply the discount codes shown on the Registration page. – This option can be booked through the general conference booking link as shown below.

The registration fee includes a copy of the conference video set (as soon as the videos are available) for all conference participants.

Important: At the time of the online event, when you come onto the Zoom call, the name on your account (which can be changed before you log in or during in the zoom dashboard) must match the name on your registration page. When you check out, it will ask you for the screen name you wish to use, if different from your registered name or if you are purchasing more than one ticket for another person. Make sure you note this so your online conference experience goes smoothly as our staff will need to verify your registration. If you can’t be verified, you’ll be put into a waiting room where staff will attempt to contact you via chat.
