Cancellations received before September 1, 2025:

-Full refund of registration fees (minus processing fees)

-Full refund of meal plan (minus processing fees)

Cancellations received on or after September 1, 2025:

-50% refund of registration fees

-No refund for meal plans due to hotel catering commitments

Exception: If we can fill your spot with someone who did not previously register, you may receive a full refund (minus processing fees).

Priority for replacement will be given to those cancelling due to illness.
